I needed the services of a good Blackfoot CPA. Layne sat down with me and explained in very understandable terms what small businesses in Idaho have to know when it comes to taxes and tax prep. He gave me a list of items to gather up and have ready for tax season. I was very impressed with Mr. VanOrden's knowledge and thankful for his time.
